Photograph(

  1. Recent passport size color picture of 4.5cm X 3.5 cm dimensions. 
  2. Resolution must be of 200*230 pixels & size of file should be between 20kb-50kb.
  3. If the size of the file is more than 50KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colors etc., during the process of scanning. 

Signature

  1. The signature must be signed only by the applicant on white paper with Black Ink pen.
  2. Size of file should be between 10kb —20kb.

Handwritten Declaration 

  1. Declaration has to be in English clearly on a white paper with black ink (declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS shall NOT be accepted). 
  2. Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (Preferred for required quality) i.e. 10 cm * 5 cm (Width * Height)
  3. Size of file should be between 50 KB – 100 KB. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 100KB. 

Scanning the documents

  1. Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch). 
  2. Set Color to True Color and File Size as specified above for photograph, signature and declaration respectively.
  3. File should be JPG or JPEG format.

*NOTE: Computer Eligibility criteria will be relaxed for candidates having B.C.A/ B.C.M / M.C.M/ B.E./B.Tech.in computer related subject or any other Computer related Degree.

  • Candidates must compulsorily have a school leaving certificate / Birth certificate.
