Delhi Police will hold the Delhi Police MTS Recruitment process for the post of Multi-Tasking Staff (Civilian) soon. The Recruitment will soon begin once the department releases the official Delhi Police MTS notification containing various details., such as vacancy, eligibility, how to apply, selection procedure, etc. Therewere around 798 Delhi Police MTS vacancies in the previous year, for which the application process was held online through the official Delhi Police portal. The dates regarding the process for the year 2022 have been released recently.
- The department of Delhi Police holds the Delhi Police MTS selection process through a written exam. The candidates that clear the written exam are then selected for a Trade Test.
- For around 10 posts, the department accepts the application of candidates who fulfill the Delhi Police MTS eligibility, such as having passed the 10th Grade or its equivalent as the minimum educational qualification and is between the age of 18 years to 27 years.

Step 1: Go to the department’s website and head to the notification section that is available on the Homepage.
Step 2: In the list, search for the Delhi Police MTS Application Process link. Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the application form.

Delhi Police will hold the
Written Test
The written test acts as a screening test for the Delhi Police MTS Recruitment 2020 exam. All the applicants will have to appear for the written test. To be selected for the next stage, one has to score more than the cut off marks.
Trade Test
Four times the number of vacancies available candidates are selected for the Trade Test. It is a qualifying test. The test is separate for each post that comes under Delhi Police MTS.
Medical Examination
Candidates selected in the first two stages shall be medically examined by doctors as per prescribed standards in selected government hospitals in Delhi before appointing.

Medical Examination

The applicants should satisfy the following physical requirements unless they are applying as a PWD candidate.
- The better eye should be 6/6 without glasses. Bad eye 6/36 should be corrected by glasses up to 6/9 or 6/12.
- The applicants should be healthy and not suffering from any deformity or disease.
For candidates reserved under PWD category:
Candidates will be examined by a Police Surgeon/Civil Surgeon or Medical Officer, who will be appointed by the Commissioner of Police, Delhi. The Surgeon will examine the persons with disabilities and fix the medical standard for them.

The Delhi Police MTS Exam Pattern comprises mainly two stages i.e. Written Test and Trade Test. The details of both these tests are stated below:
Written Test
This will be a common test for all the posts under the Delhi Police MTS. The written exam of the Delhi Police MTS Recruitment 2020 follows the exam pattern that is detailed below.
- All the questions will be of objective multiple choice type
- The exam carries 100 marks.
- One will get 90 minutes to solve the paper.
- All questions carry 1 mark.

Delhi Police MTS Salary details
The salary of Delhi Police MTS was determined using the matrix pay level system. The method is based on a candidate's level and the post they are applying for. Cooks, water carriers, Safai Karamcharis, Daftris, cobblers, tailors, gardeners, and Carpenters are charged at Level 1 of the Delhi Police MTS pay matrix, while Dhobis and Barbers are paid at Level 2 of the pay matrix.
- The Level 1 officers have a pay matrix level between Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900
