DMRC Junior Engineer Electrical Selection Process
Candidates applying for DMRC JE Electrical Recruitment are required to attend two rounds of the recruitment process – Online exam and Medical Examination.
- Candidates who successfully apply for DMRC JE Electrical Exam are required to attend an online Computer-based Test in the designated centres decided by DMRC.
- The computer-based test will comprise 2 papers. Paper 1 will consist of 120 questions and Paper 2 of 60 questions.
- Both the papers will be conducted on the same day in the same centre.
- Those who qualify in this round will be required to appear for the medical examination where the candidates have to undergo a few tests to check the medical eligibility for recruitment as Junior Engineer.
- After the successful completion of the examination process, DMRC will release the result sheet which will contain the list of the selected candidates.

After successful completion of the application process, DMRC will thoroughly scrutinize the applications and release the admit cards for eligible candidates. The procedure to download the admit card is as follows.

Candidates selected for the post of Junior Engineer Electrical are required to take care of the maintenance of various Electronic systems like Signaling and Telecom, Automatic Fare Collection, Rolling Stock, SCADA, Stores, etc). JEs can also be deputed as SC/TO after training, passing psychometric tests and medical fitness test, according to the requirement of the Corporation.
On successful selection, the candidates will be paid ₹37,000 initially and will gradually increase to ₹1,15,000/- per month.
