The GPSC Engineering Services Exam Pattern for the Prelims and Mains Exam has been provided below. The candidates who wish to appear for the exam must follow the exam pattern given below carefully.

Stage-I – Preliminary Examination

• The prelims exam will be an Objective Type Questions based exam.
• The exam will consist of subjects like General Studies, Engineering Aptitude, and Civil Engineering.
• The exam will be conducted for a total of 500 marks.
• It will be of 3 hours duration.
• Only the candidates who clear the prelims exam will be eligible for the mains examination.
• The candidates shortlisted for mains will be 15 times.

Stage-II – Mains Examination

• The written examination will be conducted for a total of 800 marks.

Stage-III – Interview
