7th December 2021: HSSC Gram Sachiv New Exam Dates Out!

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission has revised the Haryana gram sachiv Exam Dates. According to the official notice released by the commission, the exams are now scheduled from 7 to 9 January 2022 at various district headquarters and sub-divisions of Haryana. Earlier, the exams were supposed to be conducted from 26 December to 28 December and the admit cards were to release on 18 December 2021.

The HSSC Gram Sachiv selection process is divided into 2 stages- the Written Examination and the Socio-Economic criteria and experience. The detailed process is given below:

Written Examination:

Candidates must go through a written test to qualify for the post of HSSC PGT in the Commission. The exam pattern for the written test is detailed below:

  • All the questions will be multiple choice-based.
  • One will have to select the correct option from the given four.
  • One will be awarded 2 marks for every correct answer
  • This is no negative marking scheme.

The written examination is the first round of the HSSC Gram Sachiv selection process. The written exam is conducted for 90 marks and is divided into two parts.

  • 75% weightage for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, science, English, Hindi, and the concerned or relevant subject.
  • 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture, etc. of Haryana.

Socio-Economic Criteria and Experience

This round of the Haryana gram sachiv selection process consists of 10 marks. These marks are allotted to the candidates based on different conditions relating to the candidate's previous work experience and socio-economic background.
