IREL Diploma Trainee Diploma Salary 2022

Candidates who qualify all stages of the selection process are then recruited as Diploma Trainees at the IREL and are entitled to a consolidated monthly Stipend of Rs.33750/- plus HRA/company accommodation as applicable in S-0 Grade. After successful completion of the training period, IREL Diploma Trainee salary is Rs.25000-68000/- in the S-1 Grade. 

Besides Basic Pay, IREL Diploma Trainees would also be entitled to Industrial Dearness Allowance, HRA/Company accommodation, Periodical Increments, benefits such as Leave Encashment, medical facility for self and dependent family members, loans and advances, PF, Gratuity, Performance Related Pay(PRP) as per Rules, Uniforms, etc., as applicable under Rules in force from time to time.

Place of Posting

Candidates selected for the post of IREL Diploma Trainee will be posted in any of the Units/ Offices/ Establishments / Project Sites of the Company. 

Service Agreement Bond

Selected candidates for the posts of Diploma Trainee at IREL will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond of Rs. 50,000/- for Gen/OBC(NCL) candidates and Rs.25,000/- for SC/ST/PwBD/EWS candidates for serving IREL (India) Limited for a minimum period of 3 years after completion of training and being appointed in the regular rolls of the company.
