L&T has released a notification for the post of Post Graduate Engineering Trainee(PGET). L&T is Larsen & Toubro Limited, a Maharashtra, India-based multinational company. In various colleges & universities, it is known to conduct Placement Aptitude Tests to recruit students through direct placement. In order to perform the assigned tasks, this Aptitude Test is conducted to check your competence, reactions and analytical abilities.
- The candidates must have Masters for Engineering/Technology in the streams of ECE/CSE/IT/VLSI/Power Electronics.
- The year of passing must be 2019/2020/2021.

L&T Placement Process 2022(Expected)
The placement session usually consists of 4 rounds for companies such as L&T Infotech. The Written Aptitude Test, consisting of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning (logical capacity) and English, is the first round (verbal ability). After the written tests have been conducted, a group discussion (most likely) and interview rounds follow. The first two are usually technical interview rounds, and then HR round takes place.

'Numerical Aptitude or Quantitative Aptitude’ in L&T Placement
The numerical aptitude test measures your ability, based on numerical data, to interpret, analyse and draw logical conclusions. Basically, quantitative math is involved in the questions of Quantitative or Numerical Aptitude. Simplification, Approximation, Number Series, Percentages, Data Sufficiency, Data Interpretation, Age Issues, Averages, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Profit and Loss, Simple and Compound Interest, etc. are some of the subjects covered under the 'Numerical Aptitude' sections of the exams.
‘Logical Reasoning Aptitude’ in L&T Placement
Logical Reasoning is essentially a mind's capacity to think and understand things in a logical manner. Having a balanced emotional quotient in the professional environment allows you to take hard calls in tricky situations. The Logical Reasoning Aptitude Test tests your thinking process, to see if in a complex situation you can form the correct conclusion or judgement. Although puzzle-based issues are the most important part of logical reasoning tests, most tests also raise questions based on ordering rankings, arrangements and patterns, syllogisms, verbal reasoning questions, assertions and statements, directions and distances, series formation, word formation, etc.
‘Verbal Aptitude’ in L&T Placement

If an applicant qualifies for the initial stage, i.e. the aptitude test, then for the next stage of selection he/she will have to appear. This differs from company to company where either GD & Interview is involved or the only Interview is involved. The interview consists of the HR interview's technical round and subsequent rounds.
