UJVNL AE Exam Pattern 2022

The candidates who have applied for the UJVNL Assistant Engineer have to complete a written test followed by an Interview to get a final appointment under the company. 

Written Test (176 Marks)

• The written examination is the first phase of the selection process will be conducted in pen and paper mode.
• There will be 2 sections in the written test, the first paper that accounts for 126 marks will have questions from the concerned subject while the second will consist of questions from 4 sections i.e. Logical Reasoning, Aptitude, and General Knowledge.
• The candidates will get 1 mark for every correct answer. While there will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for any wrong answer marked by the candidate.
• The candidates have to mark their correct answers in the OMR sheet provided to them.
• The duration of the examination will be 3 hours or 180 minutes.

Interview (24 Marks)

The Interview is the last and the second stage of the selection process and the candidates who clear the first round with minimum qualifying marks and find a place in the UJVNL Result will be called for this round. The interview round will be held for 24 marks and the number of candidates equivalent to 1:3 will be called to appear in the exam.

The candidates who will be successful in scoring marks equivalent to UJVNL AE Cut Off 2022 will be eligible to receive the remuneration as their in-hand salary. The final in-hand salary of a candidate after all the deduction will come down to around Rs 60,000 to Rs 68,000.
