Territorial Army for at least 2 years or possess an NCC 'B' or 'C' certificate in addition to the prescribed minimum eligibility criteria are preferred under the UKPSC RO ARO Recruitment. - Earlier in March 2021, the UKPSC had released a similar notification 2020-21 for RO ARO posts for Uttarakhand Sachivalaya and Uttarakhand Public Service Commission. A total of 19 vacancies were released and the prelims exam for the same has been concluded on 1st August 2021.

7th April 2022: UKPSC RO ARO Provisional Answer Key Released!
The UKPSC has released the Answer Key (Provisional) for the Prelims Exam conducted for the recruitment of RO ARO. The candidates can download the Answer Key from the UKPSC website or use the direct link given in this article. Any objections to the Provisional Answer Key can be made from 7th April 2022 to 13th April 2022. The candidates are required to pay INR 50 for each objection that they raise.

The eligibility criteria have been defined by the UKPSC in terms of education, age limit, nationality, marital status, etc.

- 2 years of service in the Territorial army.

C. UKPSC RO ARO Age Limit
The candidate must be aged between 21 to 43 years as of 1st July 2021.
D. Nationality
The candidate must be an Indian national. The candidate satisfying one of the following criteria can also apply:
- Tibetan refugee who migrated to India before 1st January 1962
- Indian origin person migrated with permanent settlement intentions to India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania.
E. Marital Status
- Male candidates who have married to more than 1 living partner are not eligible to apply.
- Female candidates married to an already married male candidate also cannot apply.
