The candidates need to satisfy the below-given eligibility conditions in order to apply for the UPSSSC Assistant Boring Technician exam.

The age limit shall be 18 to 40 years as of 1st July 2019. The relaxations in the upper age limit shall be applicable to the SC/ST/OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh.

B. Educational Qualification
- Candidates who have passed High School Examination/Equivalent Examination from Madhyamik Shiksha Board or equivalent board will be eligible for this recruitment.
- Candidates should have passed the ITI certificate in Machinist/ Fitter/Wireman/Turner trade from a recognized Board.
C. Marital Status
- Male candidates married to more than one alive partner are not eligible to apply.
- Female candidates married to an already married partner cannot apply.
D. Preferred Qualification
The candidates with the following achievements shall be preferred:
- 2 years of experience in the territorial army
- NCC 'B' Certificate
